Return and Exchange policy for 30 days
We try our level best to provide the customers with excellent quality product that they order, we put extra effort to ensure the quality of fabric, durability of stitching, color and size that the customer order for. But still if there is any error or peculiarity in the size, color or designing of the product that is not similar to the picture or features as it is on the website then our easy exchange and return policy is there and after verification we will approve the product for either return or exchange.
The whole process of return and exchange is very simple and easy. Firstly, you need to take a snap while wearing the jacket or any of our product and send us but please make sure to do this within 7 business days (within a week) you received a parcel, and also elaborate the distinction of concerns you are having with the product including the color, size, features of designing. You complained will be entertained within 30 days as per our return and exchange policy. But no complain will be entertained after 7 days of order receiving, so if you need to exchange or return contact us within 7 days. You can contact our customer service agents, 24/7 on email, WhatsApp live chat/ call support and they are always there to entertain your problems.
The Refund policy is only applicable in following condition:
- The buyer didn’t make any alteration in the product.
- The buyer didn’t remove the tags.
- The product is in original condition as sent to the customer and unused, the condition of the product should not be bad it should be as good as it received.
- If there is any error at our end like the color, size and designing then we are liable to exchange or replace the product to refund for our customer’s satisfaction.
Customer who want to claim Return after 7 days will be eligible for 50% of the order Amount and in order to get the refund they need to ship there order to our overseas address.
The Refund policy is not applicable on following conditions:
- If the buyer ordered the product in two different sizes and want to return the one, then refund policy is not applicable as the customer use the policy wrongly.
- If the buyer ordered the same product in two different colors and want to keep one then also refund policy is not applicable due to misuse of policy by buyer.
For the return policy you can email, WhatsApp live chat/ call support the images of your product while highlighting the errors or distinction. The America’s jacket team will review the complaint and after verification will confirm whether the product is qualified for refund, return or exchange as per the above mentioned criteria. Once we assure that the product is eligible for return, refund or exchange, the RMA number will be provided by us that you need to attach with the delivery box, in case of return the customer is liable to pay the shipment charges and are furthermore the buyer is accountable to pay earlier postage cost, that we paid for the order, as we offering free shipping to our customers and the shipment is not at all free to us and we need to pay shipment charges.
If the customers want to changes the size of product, then we will offer them the product in the different size they are demanding absolutely free (new size), but the customer will be accountable to pay the postage charge depends upon the size and weight of the product.
RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number
Return Material Authorization or RMA number is like an invoice which makes to it easy for the shipment or couriers companies to distinguish that the product is for return or exchange purpose that need to deliver the seller for the service or to exchange. It is also helpful for our valued customers as it is time saving and the customer doesn’t need to write details and address to send the item but you only need to paste the RMA code on the box and just post the parcel.
Each and every country having different rules and regulations and also custom duties. But we really value our customers comfort and that’s why all our products having 100% free shipment charges and the customers don’t need to pay any shipment cost and also no need to get suffer from other custom duties and cost. You can enjoy placing and receiving the order in the comfort of your home. Thought we send the customers without shipment fee as gift but we are liable to pay full shipment fee.
Important Note: Neither the item nor the shipment is free for the parcel though we offer 100% free shipment but if the state of buyer charges any custom duties on the courier then the buyer is accountable to pay all the charges as it is not our responsibility.
– Refunds will be procedure within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
– Refund will be made to your original payment method i.e. PayPal.
– Shipping charges are non-refundable.
