Easy Returns
We have a flexible return/refund and exchange policy for our customers that make us one of the most reliable online shopping stores.
- All jackets are madetoorder and manufactured after an order is placed; hence we do not refund/cancel orders after the production has started.
- The exchange, return and refund policy is valid only for 30 days from the date of delivery. Your complaint will be entertained within 48 hours. But no complaint will be entertained after 30 days of delivery.
- Refunds will be issued to the same credit card/account used for the original purchase.
- If an item is returned due to sizing issue, a full refund may not be issued as sizes are reconfirmed after an order is placed by the customer. In case of an exchange, the customer will be liable to pay the shipping costs for the return.
- During the return/exchange process, as part of our standard operating procedure, our agents may ask customers to share pictures with measurements or any other details depending on the situation.
- Damages occurred by the customer, or used products will not be entertained for a refund/exchange.
- You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes.
- Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable.
- Actual Shipping cost will be deducted if an item is returned against a refund.
- If a customer returns a product for a refund, they will receive the entire refund amount in the form of store credit.
