We offer a clear and simple return, refund, and exchange policy to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable.

All jackets are made-to-order, which means we start production only after your order is placed. Because of this, we cannot cancel or refund an order once production has started.

Return & Exchange Window

  • You can request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • No requests will be accepted after the 30-day period.

Refund Method

  • Refunds are sent to the same payment method used during purchase.
  • If you request a refund, the amount will be issued as a refund, not as a store credit.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for providing the return shipping label.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • The actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

    Sizing Issues

    • Since all sizes are reconfirmed after an order is placed, a full refund may not be issued for sizing-related returns.
    • For exchanges, customers must cover the return shipping cost.
    • Our team may request photos, measurements, or additional details to process a sizing complaint.

    Product Condition

    • Items that are damaged by the customer or show signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • You will receive credit only for the cost of the item and applicable taxes.

    Change of Mind

    • We do not accept returns or exchanges if the customer simply changes their mind.

    Order Cancellation

    • Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placing them.
    • After 48 hours, cancellation is not allowed.
    • If a cancellation is requested after 48 hours, a 35% production fee will be deducted.

    Processing Time

    • Refunds are processed within 3 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

    Return Address

    You must send the product back to the same production unit from which your order was shipped. The refund will be released once the return is received and verified.
