These Terms & Conditions explain how orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, and shipping work at America Jackets. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the policies mentioned below.

1. Made-to-Order Production

  • All jackets at America Jackets are made-to-order
  • Production starts after your order is confirmed
  • Once production has started, your order cannot be canceled or fully refunded, except under the conditions mentioned in the sections below

2. Return, Refund & Exchange Window

  • You can request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 days from the date your order is delivered
  • Complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product (for example: damage, wrong item, or major issue)
  • No return, exchange, or refund requests will be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date

3. Refund Method

  • Refunds are linked to the same order details and account used at the time of purchase

4. Return Shipping & Deductions

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and providing the return shipping label unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • The actual shipping cost that America Jackets paid to send your order may be deducted from your refund

5. Sizing Issues

  • All sizes are reconfirmed after the order is placed, either through size charts or communication
  • A full refund may not be issued for returns made due to sizing issues
  • For exchanges due to size problems, the customer must pay the return shipping cost
  • Our team may request photos, measurements, or extra details to review and process any sizing-related complaint

6. Product Condition

  • Returned items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact
  • Items that are damaged, altered, worn, or show signs of use caused by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged
  • When a return is approved, you will receive credit only for the cost of the item and any applicable taxes, minus any shipping or handling deductions

7. Change of Mind

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind after receiving the product (for example: don’t like the style, color looks different in person, found something else, etc.)

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placing them
  • After 48 hours, cancellation is generally not allowed because production is already in progress
  • If, in special cases, a cancellation is approved after 48 hours, a 35% production fee will be deducted from the total amount to cover material and labor costs

9. Processing Time & Refund Timeline

  • Our average handling/production time for each order is 6 to 12 working days, depending on the design and workload
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed within 3 working days
  • Refund will only be issued after the product has been received and verified by our production unit

10. Important Instructions

  • Always review our size chart carefully before placing your order
  • If you need any adjustments, please specify them clearly via email
  • Custom size orders are welcome; however, an additional charge of $20 applies
  • Minor color variations may occur due to:
    1. monitor brightness
    2. lighting conditions
    3. camera flash
    4. natural differences in leather textures
  • For the Russian Federation, delivery is currently limited to Moscow and Saint Petersburg only
  • America Jackets is not responsible for incorrect size selection by the buyer. Please double-check your measurements before ordering
  • Our size chart is unique to America Jackets and should not be compared with US, UK, or other regional size charts

11. Shipping Policy

  • Production + shipping time depends on the shipping method you select
  • Free Shipping
    Delivery time: 20 to 25 working days (shipping days only)
  • Standard Shipping
    Delivery time: 15 to 20 working days (shipping days only)
  • Express Shipping
    Dispatch time: 7 to 10 working days (shipping days only)
    Extra charges may apply depending on your location
  • Note: The days above are shipping days only and do not include the 6–12 working days required for production

Shipping Method & Charges

  • We ship worldwide using trusted carriers like DHL, FedEx, and DPEX, depending on your country and service availability
  • Free shipping is offered on orders above $99.99 (some conditions or exceptions may apply)
  • Express shipping may have additional charges based on your location and courier availability

12. Payment Terms

  • We recommend using PayPal, the most trusted and widely accepted international payment method
  • If you wish to use any other payment option, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request

13. Return Address

  • You must send the product back to the same production unit from which your order was shipped
  • Details of the return address and instructions will be provided by our support team when your return or exchange request is approved
  • The refund will be released only after the return is received, checked, and verified at that unit
